AI support disclosure

Messages you choose to send to AI support may be sent to the configured OpenAI, Gemini, or other external model provider for language detection, translation, and first-line replies. AI does not confirm payment, tax, stock, refunds, or legal conclusions; conversations can be escalated to a human.

Retention and rights

Operational audit, consent records, and AI event logs are retained for 730 days by default and then cleaned automatically. Orders and legally required invoice records are retained as required by applicable law. You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing.
