Scope and order-specific terms
This policy applies to goods purchased from Kevori LLC. Eligible returns should be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with an order number, receipt, or other proof of purchase. These conditions do not limit rights for defective or incorrect goods or where applicable law provides otherwise. Return request deadlines, cancellation conditions, and refund arrangements are disclosed in writing for the specific order before it is accepted. If these are unclear, contact us before confirming the order. We do not set a single fixed window here or shorten any statutory period.
How to request help
Use the return or refund request form below, or email our support team with the order number, items, quantities, and reason. For damage, incorrect items, or quality issues, retain packaging and provide photos and carrier records. We will review the issue and confirm an appropriate reshipment, exchange, repair, or refund, subject to applicable law and the written resolution.
Return address and shipping costs
Contact us for the correct return address and shipping instructions before sending goods. Our US registered address is not a warehouse or return address; orders currently ship from China only. The buyer normally pays return freight for a non-fault return. For a confirmed seller-responsible defect or incorrect item, we cover reasonable return or remedy shipping costs, subject to any more favorable rights required by law. Shipping responsibilities and any lawful deductions will be explained in writing before processing.
Cancellation and custom goods
For cancellation, contact us as early as possible before dispatch. Whether preparation, production, or shipment can be stopped depends on the order stage. Completed irreversible customization and incurred third-party costs may affect cancellation and refund amounts only where disclosed and permitted by law. Custom or used goods are not automatically excluded from remedies for defects, incorrect items, or other statutory rights. For a material delay or inability to fulfill the confirmed plan, we will notify you and provide a route to accept a revised schedule or cancel the unfulfilled order for a refund in accordance with applicable law.
Refund method and timing
We initiate refunds under the written resolution after eligibility is verified and any required return is received, except where applicable law requires earlier processing or no return. Refunds normally return to the original payment method. If it is unavailable, we will agree on a lawful alternative with you. Refund processing arrangements follow the order and written resolution, subject to statutory deadlines. The time we initiate a refund is separate from the payment provider's or bank's processing and the time funds appear in your account. Contact us if processing instructions are missing or a refund does not arrive as confirmed; we do not promise a single fixed posting period here. Whether duties, taxes, carrier charges, or third-party fees already paid can be refunded depends on the collecting party's rules, responsibility, and applicable law; they are not categorically excluded.
Shipping issues and consumer rights
For refused delivery, an incorrect customer address, failed customs clearance, or freight damage, keep shipping and correspondence records and contact us. Responsibility and reasonable costs are determined by the facts, order terms, and applicable law. This policy and order terms do not exclude, limit, or require a waiver of consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
