Shipping, returns, and Incoterms

Shipping

We can route fulfillment from the United States, China, or Europe. Shipping cost, carrier, packaging, and estimated timing are confirmed in the quotation or checkout; carrier rules govern remote-area and fuel surcharges.

Incoterms

Orders follow the Incoterm stated in the written order confirmation, such as DAP, DDP, EXW, or FOB. A term not confirmed in writing is not a commitment.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges

For damage, incorrect items, or verifiable quality issues, submit a request promptly after delivery with the order email, quantity, and photos. Custom goods, used goods, and cross-border import charges may not qualify for no-fault returns.
