Quotes, specifications, and confirmation

Catalog information supports initial sourcing decisions. Bulk, custom, lead-time, packaging, and final pricing are confirmed by a written quotation and order confirmation.

Payment, tax, and import

Product prices exclude tax. The customer is responsible for import tax, VAT/GST, duties, clearance, and related charges in the destination country unless the order states otherwise in writing.

Accounts, privacy, and AI support

Registered accounts require email verification. AI support provides first-line information and language assistance; it does not replace human quotations, tax advice, or legal advice.
